Reliance Capital to acquire Kuoni group's foreign trading arm

Mumbai, Nov 4 (UNI) Reliance Capital Ltd, a part of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, has finalised plans to acquire Swiss travel group Kuoni's local foreign exchange trading firm, Travelmate Services (India) Pvt Ltd for an undisclosed amount.

Announcing this, the company's statement issued today said the proposed acquisition was, however, subject to regulatory approvals.
