Rain occur in Kerala Lakshadweep

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 4 (UNI) Rain or thundershowers occurred at few places in Kerala and Lakshadweep.

Piravam received an isolated heavy rainfall of ten cms, local weather office said today.

The other chief amount of rainfall in cms were Kannur and Paravoor five cm each, Thalassery, Wadakkancherry, Kollam and Karunagapally four each, Mannarakkad two and Majeri, Harippad, Enamakkal and Minicoy one each.

Kannur and Punalur registered the lowest minimum of 22 D.

Isolated heavy rain was likely to occur in Kerala during the next 48 hours,it added.
