Navy war room leak case: Ex Navy captain in CBI custody

New Delhi, Nov 4 (UNI) Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Seema Maini allowed the CBI petition today seeking former Navy Capt S S Rathore's custody till November 9 in the Navy war room leak case.

The CBI arrested him following an interrogation yesterday. A raid on S S Rathore's house in Noida on June 23 had yielded incriminating documents.
