Nagaland to observe 'Bamboo Day'

Kohima, Nov 04 (UNI) To create awareness on the use of bamboo, the Nagaland Bamboo Development Agency (NBDA) is going to celebrate 'Bamboo Day' on November seven.

Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio would flag off the bamboo awareness run from MLA Hostel junction here.

The Agency would also conduct essay competitions on Bamboo for the students hroughout the state.
