Man killed over land dispute

Ballia, Nov 4 (UNI) Unidentified miscreants shot dead a man over a minor dispute here last night, police today said.

The incident took place near Rajpur village under Bansdih police station area, where Bhola Mallah was shot by assailants, when he was on way to his village from Shivrampur Chatti.

A land dispute was said to be the reason behind the crime.

Meanwhile, an FIR was lodged against five accused.
