Madhur sad at being unable to showcase 'Traffic Signal' at IFFI
Mumbai, Nov 4 (UNI) Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar today said he had wanted to showcase his upcoming movie 'Traffic Signal' at the 37th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa, beginning from November 23.
''Unfortunately, my post-production work is not complete.
Actually, I was in talks with the organisers of the festival to showcase the film at the prestigious event,'' Madhur told reporters on the sidelines of a news conference organised by Goa Chief Minister Pratapsinh Rane and Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) chief executive officer Nandini Paliwal to promote IFFI.
Madhur's last release, Bipasha Basu starrer 'Corporate' will be screened in the Indian Panorama section.
''It is overwhelming to get critical acclaim after a box office success. This will be my third film at the IFFI after 'Chandni Bar' and 'Page 3','' he added.
