Three more convicted in serial blasts case

Mumbai, Nov 3 (UNI) A TADA court today convicted three more persons in the 1993 serial blasts case.

Designated TADA Judge P D Kode found Ashrafur Rehman Shaikh alias Lallubhai, Asif Shaikh and Mohammed Yunus, guilty of posessing deadly arms and explosives.

The trio were found guilty under various sections of the TADA Act. All three were found guilty under section 3,7,25-1(a)(b) of the Arms Act. However, they were not found guilty of participating in the conspiracy of the serial blasts under section 120 (b).
