Thermax bags Rs 383 cr orders

New Delhi, Nov 3 (UNI) Thermax Ltd today said the company along with its subsidiary company has received two orders worth Rs 383 crore, totalling 75 MW captive power plants.

The company will set up a 2 x 25 MW Coal/Petcoke based Captive power project amounting Rs 243 crore.

In addition, a Rs 140 crore 1 x 25 MW Coal/Petcoke based captive power project would be set up by the company.

The plants will use CFBC boilers using coal and washery middling that shall be being generated from the coal washery being set up by the user.

With the orders, company's current fiscal order booking exceeds 250 MW of captive power plants valued at about Rs 1000 crore.
