New Delhi, Nov 3 (UNI) Former central minister and Convenor of Delhi Vyapari Andolan Vijay Goel today urged traders in the capital to express their resentment by writing letters to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi, holding them squarely responsible for the ''sealing mess'' in the city.
He, however, felt that the Supreme Court would relent if the Prime Minister assured the court that his government would resolve the problem of sealing within a year.
In a statement here, he observed that traders in Delhi were having a harrowing time because the Delhi and central governments constantly changed their stance and statements.
Mr Goel also sought early implementation of Delhi Master Plan 2021 so that people could know what relief it would provide.
