HC directs state government to constitute committee on dengu
Patna, Nov 3 (UNI) Patna High Court today directed the state government to constitute a five-mmember committee to monitor the steps being taken to prevent the spread the disease of dengue in Bihar.
Hearing a public interest litigation petition, a division bench of the court comprising Chief Justice Dr J N Bhatt and Justice Shailesh Kumar Sinha, issued the directive to state Chief Secretary to constitute the five-member committee to effectively monitor the steps being taken to prevent the disease.
Earlier, the state government filed a report in the court, stating that altogether six cases of dengue had so far been detected in state.
