Govt policies made Hyd investors 'No 1 Destination': CM
Hyderabad, Nov 3 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today said the investor-friendly single-window clearance policy of the government and expansion of infrastructure facilities turned Hyderabad into 'No 1 Destination' for prospective enterprises and investment within the country and abroad.
Before leaving the New Delhi on an official visit, he urged senior officials to make coordinated efforts and get ready a time-bound Plan of Action for the state, for facilitating inland and global entrepreneurs on world class standards, an official release said.
Reacting to NeoIT projecting Hyderabad as a potential global destination for off-shore outsourcing, he said a slew of projects was on the cards to make it the best investment zone.
He said ''it is a matter of pride for the people of the state as well as the Telugu-speaking people all over the world that a body of global repute has spotted Hyderabad as one of the top ten global destinations for outsourcing''.
