Fake notes seized in Bihar
Bettiah, Nov 3 (UNI) Police today seized fake notes of Rs 75,000 from Bettiah railway station and arrested two persons in this connection.
District Police Superintendent Bachhu Singh Meena said acting on a tip-off, a posse of local police searched the premises of Bettiah railway station and recovered the fake currency.
Two accomplices, on way to New Delhi, were also arrested in this connection. he added.
Interrogation was on to detect the criminal network of the gang, involved in circulation of fake currencies, Mr Meena added.
