Dey is Yes Bank's new Exec VP for Audit

New Delhi, Nov 3 (UNI) Private sector Yes Bank has appointed Mr Devamalya Dey as its Executive Vice President and Country Head (Audit and Compliance).

He will be responsible for planning, directing and controlling the auditing activities in all the functions of the bank to ensure fullest compliance with regulatory norms and policy requirements, a bank statement said here today.

Mr Dey will be accountable for timely completion of all audit activities, preparation of requisite working papers and to liaison with the external auditors.

Prior to this, he was working as Vice President (Audit and Risk Review) with the Citigroup.
