Delimitation Commission invites public response

Chandigarh, Nov 3 (UNI) The Delimitation Commission has published its proposals for the delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies in Haryana and invited public response in this regard by November 14.

An official spokesman said any objection or suggestion in regard to these proposals should reach the office of the Delimitation Commission on or before November 14 and would be considered thereafter.

He said the Commission had mentioned territorial constituencies into which Haryana would be divided for the purpose of elections of the Legislative Assembly.

Also, the extent of each such constituency and the constituencies in which the seats were reserved for the members belonging to Scheduled Castes have been mentioned in separately.
