Court sentenced life imprisonment to murder accused

Mahoba, Nov 3: A court has sentenced life imprisonment to a murder accused here.

According to prosecution, on June 6, 2005 Bharosi Yadav was crushed to death over a legal dispute by miscreants Ram Prasad and Prem Chandra.

Later, an FIR was lodged by deceased's son Indrapal.

On the basis of testimony, Fast Track Court Judge Mahant Lal pronounced life imprisonment to Prem yesterday and imposed a penalty of Rs 5,000.

The court, however, acquitted the other accused for lack of evidence.
