Chennai, Bangalore spl from Nov 7

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 3 (UNI) Minister of State for Railways R Velu will flag off the inaugural special trains to Chennai Central and Bangalore City on November seven.

The Train No 2698 Thiruvananthapuram-Chennai will leave here at 1230 Hrs and arrive Chennai Central at 0450 the next day. This train will have the stoppages at Kollam, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Thrissur, Palghat, Erode, Jolarpettai and Katpadi.

Train No 6316 Kochuveli-Bangalore express will leave Kochuveli at 1230 hrs and arrive Bangalore City at 0530 the next day.

This train will stop at Kollam, Alappuzha, Ernakulam Jn, Thrissur Palghat, Coimbatore, Erode and Salem.

The regular service of Train No 6316 to Bangalore City will commence from main terminal of the Kochuveli Railway station on November 12.

Train No 2698 Thiruvananthapuram Central-Chennai Central Super Fast Express will commence on November 11, according to a Southern Railway press release.
