All India IT Exhibition from Nov 30

Kochi, Nov 3 (UNI) In an effort to provide an IT platform in Kerala, the 4th All India IT Exhibition, IT 2006 Kochi, will be held here from November 30.

Talking to mediapersons today, Mr D Philip, Director of Indian Computer Education Society (ICES), organisers of the exhibition, said, the four-day event with the motto 'IT for all' would be a perfect platform for the IT industry in the state.

Apart from multi-national companies like Microsoft and Intel, government agency like National Informatics Centre and state government's IT mission would participate in the exhibition, he added.

The event with 100 stalls would feature exhibition demonstration of the latest products and service camps of various private companies in the country, Mr Philip noted.

There will also be eight seminars by prominent IT experts in connection with the exhibition.

A seminar on the Micrsoft's latest operating system Windows VISTA would be the higlight of the event, he noted.
