Reliance Comm okays Wireless Towers' transfer

Mumbai, Nov 2: The Board of Directors of Reliance Communications and Reliance Telecom today approved scheme for transfer of Wireless Towers and related infrastructure to a 100 per cent subsidiary.

The companies, in a communication to the BSE and NSE, requested the bourses to inform members that the transfer scheme is aimed at enhancing operational and financial flexibility and for unlocking further value in the interest of the shareholders of the Wireless Towers.
