Kuwait Airways launches service to Rome

Kochi, Nov 2: In bid to expand its air connectivity from Kerala, Kuwait Airways today launched the fourth weekly departure from here to the eternal city of Rome in Italy.

Talking to newspersons here, Area Sales Manager Rony Dominic Thomas said, the service would be on Thursdays and would have a capacity to carry 192 passengers.

''With the introduction of the service, the airline would operate on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday connecting the city with Kuwait and other destinations in the Gulf countries, West Asia, Europe and the USA,'' Mr Thomas added.
