Shiv Vani Oil allots 1,03,39,120 equity shares of Rs 10 each to SUVL

Mumbai, Nov 1 (UNI) Shiv Vani Oil&Gas Exploration Services Ltd has informed BSE that the company's Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 30 has allotted 1,03,39,120 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the shareholders of SVUL Projects Ltd.

This was consequent to the merger of SVUL Projects Ltd with the Company vide order of a leading High Court dated March 28.

Further, the company has informed that one company in the promoters group namely Dual Friends Engineering Entrepreneurs Pvt Ltd holding 9,86,800 equity shares of Rs 10 each, 4.56 per cent shares of the company, is no more in the promoters group as its Directors have resigned from Dual Friends Engineering Entrepreneurs Pvt Ltd and have also liquidated their shareholding.
