Sensex up by 83.65 pts in noon trade
Mumbai, Nov 1 (UNI) The Bombay Stock Exchange sensitive Index(Sensex) is trading up by 83.65 points at 13,045.55 after opening marginally in the negative zone.
The buying noticed in Oil&Gas, FMCG and and Capital Goods has boosted the sensex to cross the 13k figure again.
Major sectors on BSE are all in the green. Oil&Gas is up by 1.12 per cent, Capital Goods by 0.87 per cent and the FMCG sector by 0.88 per cent.
Gainers on the BSE-30 index are Reliance Industries, BHEL, Gujarat Ambuja, SBI, Bharti Airtel, ACC, Tata Motors, Reliance Communications, HLL and Hindalco all up between 1.21 to 2.35 per cent.
Besides the losers on the index are ONGC, HDFC, Maruti udyog, Reliance Energy, L&T, Bajaj Auto, HDFC Bank, Satyam and Ranbaxy all down between 0.18 to 1.47 per cent.
