Megasoft registers profit for September-quarter

Hyderabad, Nov 1 (UNI) Megasoft Limited, a product-based technology company, had reported profit after tax(PAT) Rs 9.62 crore for the quarter-ended September 30, as compared to Rs 6.13 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

The revenues grew by 44 per cent to touch a new high of Rs 42.92 crore for the quarter-ended September 30.(Rs 29.76 crore in Q3FY05).

Product revenues for the quarter had grown by 87 per cent to Rs 20.51 crore from Rs 10.99 crore.

The share of products revenue on total revenues was 48 per cent of Q2FY06 revenue, higher than 37 per cent of revenues in Q2FY05, a company release said here today.
