HC directs government to file details of under-trials

Kochi, Nov 1 (UNI) The Kerala High Court today directed the government to furnish details of under-trial prisoners in various jails in the state.

A Division Bench compirising V K Bali and Justice P R Raman directed the state to file the details tomorrow while hearing a petition by some under-trials who were languishing in the jails for many years awaiting trial.
