'Dor' to be screened at the IAAC Film Festival in New York
Mumbai, Nov 1 (UNI) Sahara-One Motion Pictures today announced that their latest venture 'Dor' is all set to be screened at the annual IAAC (Indo American Arts Council) Film Festival this week.
After the screening of 'Hyderbad Blues' and 'Teen Deewarein', this is the 3rd film of director Nagesh Kukunoor which will be screened at this prestigious film festival.
Also on the cards, are a round of talks with acclaimed writer Salman Rushdie and his spouse Padma Laxmi, a press release issued here today said.
The film stars Ayesha Takia, Gul Panag, Shreyas Talpade, Girish Karnad and Pratiksha Lonkar and depicts the journey of two women from different worlds who come together through a tryst of destiny.
'Dor' prompts you to introspect and ask yourself as to how far you will one go to save the one you love. It's a story about love, loss, friendship, hope and ultimately, redemption.
