Bharti to get passport if she deposes: HC

New Delhi, Nov 1 (UNI) The Delhi High Court today said that Bharti Yadav could get her passport if she deposed before the court on November 23 in the Nitish Katara murder case.

Justice AK Sikri observed that Bharti Yadav's deposition was the main condition for the authorities to return her passport.

The court had given her time till November 25 to appear. If she fails to show up by then, Bharti will be declared a proclaimed offender, the court had said.
