Winsome to take up a 20mln euro investment project in Italy

New Delhi, Oct 31 (UNI) Chandigarh-based Winsome Yarns today announced that it will invest 20 million euros in a yarn manufacturing and dyeing company in Italy.

The cost of the project, for which the company has recieved its board's approval, will be shared between the company and its other industrial and financial investors.

The company will solely invest about 5 million euros in the project.

The Board of Directors also accorded their approval to the plan of incorporating a wholly-owned subsidiary in Cyprus, a company statement said.
