Uma convoy attack: Case registered

Chhatarpur, MP, Oct 31 (UNI) A case was registered against five hitherto-unidentified persons today for attacking former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Uma Bharti's convoy at this district's Serora village yesterday, the police said.

Sub-Inspector K D Singh, who was stationed to provide security to Ms Bharti, filed a report.

Besides, action will be taken against Bharatiya Jan Shakti workers who allegedly damaged nine vehicles of Bharatiya Janata Party workers.
