Rupee opens flat at Rs 44.97/99/USD

Mumbai, Oct 31: The Indian currency today opened flat at Rs 44.97/99 per US Dollar compared to the previous close, a money market trader said.

In the noon trade Rupee was trading at Rs 45.02/03 per US Dollar. RBI's credit policy which was announced today morning has had it's impact on the rupee trading too, he added.
