RLD assures to solve farmer's woes

Siddharthnagar, Oct 31 (UNI) The Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) today assured it would make all possible efforts to solve the problems of farmers in Uttar Pradesh.

RLD is the major ally of the ruling Samajwadi Party in UP.

Talking to UNI here, party president Chaudhary Ajit Singh claimed RLD was devoted to farmers and concerned about their grievances.

''We have still not decided if RLD would fight the 2007 assembly poll on its own or go for a coalition with other parties,'' he added.
