Reference rate fixed at Rs 45.02/USD

Mumbai, Oct 31 (UNI) Reserve Bank Of India today fixed the reference rate at Rs 45.02 per US Dollar compared to Rs 45.09 per US Dollar it had fixed yesterday, a RBI spokesperson said.
