PM to arrive in Kerala tonight

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 31 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will arrive here tonight on a two-day visit to the city.

Dr Singh will lay the foundation stone for a new international terminal at the airport tomorrow morning and inaugurate the golden jubilee celebrations of the State's formation at the Chandrasekharan Nair stadium in the afternoon.

He is also scheduled to address a special Convention of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee at Indira Bhavan, the headquarters of the KPCC.

Elaborate security arrangements have been made in connection with the Prime Minister's visit.
