Net profit zooms to Rs 6.2 cr, up 121 per cent QoQ

Hyderabad, Oct 31 (UNI) The net profit of the Pennar Industries for the quarter ended September 2006 zoomed to Rs 6.21 crore which is 121 per cent more than the profit in the corresponding quarter of last year of Rs 2.83 crore.

Sales during the quarter were Rs 132.51 crore compared to Rs 109.52 crore during the quarter ended September 2005.

The annualized earnings per Rs 5/- share (EPS) for the quarter was Rs 2.96, the Company said in a release here today.
