Housewife done to death by her husband

Madikeri, Karnataka Oct 31 (UNI) In a macabre incident, a husband beat his wife to death at Hathur near Gonicoppa, suspecting her fidelity.

Police said that, an estate labourer M Mani beat his wife Boji (45) on October 29 night with a firewood as he saw one person running away from his house, as he was getting in. She sustained severe injury on her head and Mani woke up in the morning to see that his wife was dead.

Mani had prepared for her funeral yesterday inviting his relatives, however, Police who arrived at the spot on a complaint arrested him.
