Factional clash claims two in Nagaland

Kohima, Oct 31 (UNI) In an unabated NSCN factional clashes in Nagaland's Zunheboto district, at least two cadres were killed and three injured.

Official sources today said a combined force of NSCN (K) and Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) was waylaid by the NSCN-IM cadres near Sukhai village killing at least two of cadres of the combined force and injuring three others. One of the self-styled captains of the FGN was reportedly killed in the attack that lasted about nine hours yesterday.

A house also caught fire when it was hit by a bomb during the battle. The entire area was tense following the gun battle between the warring factions.
