Apranje Jewellers gets certified by international institute

Bangalore, Oct 31 (UNI) Apranje Jewellers today announced that it has become the city's first diamond jewellery store to be fully certified by an international institute for testing and grading of gemstones and fine jewellery.

Ms Ambika Soni of Apranje Jewellers told reporters here today that it had been offered International Gemmological Institutue (IGI) certification on all diamond jewellery in line with the global standards of excellence, integrity and accuracy.

''With IGI certification, it will increase customers' confidence and ensure the authenticity of its diamond jewllery,'' she said.

IGI claims to be an independent body for testing and grading gemstones and fine jewellery.
