Agashe enters 3rd round in All India 9-ball pool championship

Mumbai, Oct 31 (UNI) Kunal Agashe continued his winning ways with a fluent win in the second round of the BSAM-organised All India 9-Ball Pool at the Islam Gymkhana here today.

Agashe, who shocked fancied Shravan Mota on the opening day, cruised to a 5-1 win over Fawad Khan to advance to the third round.

In another significant tie, G Neil shocked formidable Varun Taneja 5-2 to also move into the third round.

Fancied Ashok Shandilya crushed Uves Khakhu 5-0, while Siddharth Parikh blanked Rushabh Kapadia 5-0.
