ACB sleuths raids town planning officer's house in Rajkot

Rajkot, Oct 31 (UNI) Sleuths of local Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) branch today raided office and residence of an officer of Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) and unearthed property worth Rs 17.5 lakh.

The ACB team led by Dy Superintendent D N Thakore raided office and residence of town planning officer Bakulesh Harilal Rupani.

The ACB team have so far found properties worth Rs 17.5 lakh owned by Mr Rupani from other than his known sources of income, the ACB sources said.

The search operation is still on and further details are awaited.
