Youth nabbed for betting

Dhamtari, Oct 30 (UNI) A youth was arrested here for betting on yesterday's ICC Champions Trophy encounter between India and Australia, the police said today.

Following a tip-off, a raid on Marathapara locality led to the arrest of Jairam Barlani. Betting material, Rs 14,700 and five cellphones were seized. A search is on for two absconders, police said.
