Sanjay Dutt appears before designated TADA court

Mumbai, Oct 30: Bollywood actor and 1993 Mumbai serial blasts accused Sanjay Dutt today appeared before the designated TADA court, which resumed its functioning today after the Diwali vacation.

Dutt appeared before TADA court judge P D Kode. He had been asked to appear before the court as and when required.

Dutt, accused of possessing an AK-56 assault-rifle, had been granted bail by the Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, sources in the TADA court said the judgement on Dutt in the 1993 blasts case was expected to be delivered within a couple of weeks.
