Reference rate fixed at Rs 45.09/USD

Mumbai, Oct 30 (UNI) Reserve Bank Of India today fixed the reference rate at Rs 45.09 per US Dollar compared to Rs 45.22 per US Dollar on Friday, a RBI spokesperson said today.
