MCOCA court extends JC of accused in Aurangabad arms seizure to Nov2
Mumbai, Oct 30 (UNI) The designated MCOCA court today extended the judicial custody of 16 accused in the Aurangabad arms seizure, to November two.
While one of accused's - Firoz Deshmukh-judicial custody ends tomorrow completing 90 days, the Anti-Terrorist Squad has sought time till November nine to file a supplementary chargesheet against him.
MCOCA Judge Mridula Bhatkar held that considering the gravity of the case and the proceeding of the investigations, the ATS be given the time.
The court was also told that two accused - Mohammedali Chippa and Firoz Ghaswala - who are lodged at Tihar Jail have to be brought down to Mumbai for further interrogation.
