Mafia gangs, sex rackets flourishing under LDF rule: KPCC

Palakkad, Oct 30 (UNI) Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President Ramesh Chennithala today alleged that mafia gangs and sex rackets were flourishing under Left Democratic Front (LDF) rule.

Talking to newspersons here, he urged the government to take immediate steps to arrest those responsible for the suicide of a 17-year-old girl, who wass froced into prostitution after being lured to act in TV serials.

He alleged that though the victim's mother had lodged a complaint with the police two weeks ago, no arrest was made so far.
