Lawyer, housewife hang themselves in South Delhi
New Delhi, Oct 30 (UNI) Two suicides , one of a High Court lawyer and, a housewife, took place in upmarket South Delhi, in the past 24 hours.
In the first incident, which took place in posh Greater Kailash Enclave, 30-year-old Manav Bhaskar allegedly hanged himself from the ceiling with the help of dog's leash made of plastic at his 'P' Block residence.
Bhaskar, who was an advocate, was found hanging this morning by his family members who immediately reported it to the police.
Though no suicide note has been found, family sources said Manav was in depression for the last couple of days.
In the second incident, a housewife, aged 25, hanged herself at her rented accommodation in Govindpuri area under Kalkaji police station.
Indu, whose husband Vivek worked at a Okhla embroidery unit, hanged herself from the ceiling with her 'chunni'.
The couple did not have any issue.
No suicide note has been found.
