Kovilan chosen for Ezhuthachan Award

Thrissur, Oct 30 (UNI) Noted writer Kovilan has been chosen for this year's Ezhuthachan Award, the highest literary award of the Kerala government having a cash component of Rs one lakh.

Selection of Kovilan for the award was announced by Education and Cultural Affairs Minister M A Baby at Kovilan's residence in Kandanissery in the district today.

Kerala Sahithya Akademi President M Mukundan wsas also present.
