Judicial cutody of Shramjivi blast accused extended till Nov 9
Jaunpur, Oct 30 (UNI) The judicial custody of the three terrorists accused in the Shramjivi Express bomb blast case was today extended till November 9.
The three terrorists -- Obaidur Rehman, Hilaluddin and Nafikul could not appear in the court as Additional and Sessions Court Judge Rajesh Chandra was on official leave today.
Hence, their judicial custody was extended till November 9.
Two witnesses -- Kishan Mahto and Santosh Mahto -- have also been summoned in this connection.
At least 14 passengers were killed and 90 injured in a bomb blast in Shramjivi Express near Singramau Railway Station on July 28, 2005.
