IOC Q2 FY 07 net increases 25.87 pc

New Delhi, Oct 30: Indian Overseas Bank today posted a 25.87 per cent increase in its net profit for the second quarter ended September 30, 2006, at Rs 249.85 crore as compared to Rs 198.49 crore in the same period last year.

The bank's total income for the quarter went up by 21.9 per cent to Rs 1524.13 crore from Rs 1250.32 crore in Q2 FY 06.
