Dharam seeks inquiry into hotel brawl involving CM's son
Bangalore, Oct 30 (UNI) Leader of the Opposition in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly N Dharam Singh today sought an impartial inquiry in to the alleged involvement of Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy's son in a brawl at a city hotel.
Talking to reporters here, he said the incident had to be investigated and the people should know what really had happened.
Mr Singh urged the Chief Minister to immediately order an inquiry into the brawl and get the culprits arrested, instead of accusing the Congress leaders of hatching a conspiracy against him and his son Nikhil. The Chief Minister was in the habit of levelling charges against the Congress for any law and order incident, including police firing during the funeral procession of matinee idol Rajkumar, he added.
''It is left to the parents to take care of their children and control them,'' he said, adding that the Government should take a serious note of it.
