Addressing a press conference here, senior BJP leader and former Union Minister of State for Home Ch. Vidyasagar Rao alleged that Congress leaders were issuing 'contradictory' statements on the Telangana issue to 'confuse' the people for electoral gain in the by-election to the Karimnagar Lok Sabha seat.
