Bank robbers nabbed, cash of Rs 4.5 lakh recovered
Neemuch, Oct 30 (UNI) Three robbers who had robbed a nationalised bank today, were later arrested and Rs 4.5 lakh and weapons recovered from them.
''This afternoon, the robbers targeted the UCO Bank branch near Dicken Crossing in Ratangarh Police Station area. The cashier was threatened and robbed of Rs 6,10,300. Those apprehended are car driver Bapu Nath, hailing from Kondla, Ravi Jatav and Gajendra while Deepak Jatav is absconding'' said Superintendent of Police Rakesh Gupta.
Two crude guns, a pistol, 11 rounds of .315-bore ammunition and 12 rounds of .32-bore ammunition were seized from them.
''The trio were arrested near Dadoli village. The robbery was masterminded by Nath, who works at a JK Tyre factory at Banmor in Morena district,'' the officer added.
