13 new suspected dengue cases in PGI

Chandigarh, Oct 30 (UNI) As many as 13 new cases of suspected dengue fever have been reported in Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research here in the past 24 hours.

''At the moment there are 42 patients admitted in the hospital and out of these four are from the tricity,''said PGI spokesperson today.

Twenty-two patients were tested positive and three were in critical condition, she added.

Till date 467 patients of suspected dengue fever have been treated in the PGI.
